We are beyond happy after fussing with our TV for weeks , then had it fall off the wall. Lance is his name !!! So patient, making sure the TV was mounted safely. That our connections and Firestick worked properly. I will never hesitate calling an IT person again. Hopefully it will always be Lance ❤️ Thank you, Thank you, Thank you ❤️
