Excellence IT was established in September 2022, although our commitment to delivering exceptional technical services predates this milestone. Lance Bertrand, the proprietor and technician, has been offering PC support for more than a decade. What commenced in 2004 as a remedy for user-induced computer issues—initially for himself and family—soon evolved into a recognized talent and fervor. Years later, while observing a technician mount TVs in his residence, Lance had an epiphany: "I believe I can do this too.", Thus began his journey, during which he has successfully mounted over countless TVs and expanded into smart home and home automation installations.
